It seems that D6 is more secure with script libraries than R5. I upgraded to 6 over the weekend and several agents did not run. I checked the Notes log and saw that the signer of the script libraries did not have permission. I resigned the script libs and also added that notes user name to the new settings in the server document. Seems to have fixed the issue.
